Blockstack Academy Question intro #242

@guylepage3 Think just creating static sketch file that has each of these questions makes the most sense so you aren't spending so much time producing and exporting videos. I can add the questions myself on Sketch. Lmk what you think

  1. What happens when I download Blockstack?
  2. Why don't we just fix the existing problems of the legacy internet directly on the legacy internet?
  3. What will be possible with a truly decentralized internet?
  4. Where and how is user data stored with blockstack, would my pc would need to be always online like a server?
  5. How do decentralized serverless apps work on the network Blockstack is creating?
  6. How do apps run "on top" of your data and not in their own servers?
  7. What is the trust-to-trust principle?
  8. Is Blockstack committed to using any specific blockchain? What if that chain fails or no longer exists?
  9. Is it possible to encounter a corrupt blockstack node? How do you guarantee security?
  10. How does Blockstack think about scalability?
  11. Why use cloud storage? Why not a P2P storage solution?
  12. How do we de-centralize the internet? I thought it was already decentralized.
  13. What are some specific applications you could build using blockstack that wouldn't be possible on today's internet?
  14. What is DNS? Why was is built that way?
  15. What is PKI? Why was it built that way?
  16. What is a Virtual Chain? How does Blockstack use one?
  17. How can you register your id, app, company, or machine on the decentralized Internet with Blockstack?
  18. How do payments work on Blockstack?
  19. What is a "control plane" and a "data plane", and how do blockchains fit in?
  20. Will there be an app store?
  21. How could the internet get worse? Is fighting for a decentralized internet worth the effort?
  22. What steps can I take to make the internet more decentralized?
  23. How do apps know what data to look for in your storage if they are running serverless? How can you control your privacy with apps built on the decentralized internet?
  24. What is a simple contract? How is it different from a smart contract? What opportunities does blockstack create?
  25. How can I get started with blockstack?
