Updating the miner/node docs using @kenrogers work that was recently merged into develop.

• added a new image for digitalocean
• removed the windows instructions since they weren't different enough (looked to be copy/pasted from previous section under a "window" header).
• updated all the miner/node docs

TODO:

• double check the text for spelling/grammar mistakes
• update the configuration file doc (this may have to be done later, i really dislike the current format)

One thing to note is that while i think the instructions/commands are correct - i have not tested them as written. can we find some testers to run through these before merging to master?
