This PR changes the folder structure a bit, and adds a lot more error checking to the manage.sh script.
Readme has been updated to reflect changes, and the version of stacks-blockchain has been bumped to 2.05.0.2.0.
Dockerfiles for bitcoin images are also updated to create a local bitcoin container
