Provide private keys for faucet accounts #9

The private keys for the accounts in the miner Config.toml are not publicly available.

The ones from stacks-blockchain should be used: https://github.com/blockstack/stacks-blockchain/blob/master/testnet/stacks-node/Stacks.toml
