This testnet is a single node that accepts Nakamoto Transactions and mine blocks.

Functionality tested so far:

• [x] vrf can be tested
• [x] every block has a tenure change tx , nakamoto coinbase tx
• [x] multiple stacks blocks per bitcoin block
• [x] Bitcoin mining time to 10 minutes, Stacks mining at 5 seconds
• [x] PoX-4 stacker signing keys
• [x] PoX-4 revoke-delegate-stx event
