[docs] pox addresses can be now native segwit addresses #5472

Describe the bug The documentation in https://github.com/stacks-network/stacks-core/blob/master/stackslib/src/chainstate/stacks/boot/docs.rs says that only "It cannot be a native Segwit address"

This is not true any more since Stacks 2.1.
