If you now look at a chapter page, e.g. http://stacks.math.columbia.edu/tag/03Y4, you can only navigate to the previous and next chapter, whilst it would make sense to have either a link to the browse page (which is of course already available in the menu) or a separate "part" page, where chapters belonging to a collection of chapters are displayed.
The lack of a good permalink is something to think about though, but we could use short descriptive URLs like /part/topics-schemes and /part/deformation-theory.
