GRANT MISSION, IMPACT, RISKS & REFERENCE

Grant Mission:         I think that the intention of including smart contract code on-chain was transparency, but the unintended positive effect is that every app is open-source by default and this is tremendously helpful in learning. This project is trying to extract the maximum possible value out of the open source nature of contracts on Stacks. Having the contract code as well as the traits all in the same brower tab makes it much easier to read and quickly understand what the deployer is trying to accomplish with the smart contract. One of the variables that the adoption of Stacks depends on is the velocity of app development and innovativeness of apps. Making it easy to read code will make Clarity developers more productive, leading to a higher velocity of app development, which will accelerate the rate of innovation in Stacks ecosystem and this will result in a broader adoption of Stacks.

Grant Impact:               The number of page views for this web page would be helpful in understanding the kind of impact this grant has had.

Grant Risks:                          For most challenges and risks, I've already tried accomplishing those pieces before submitting this application and I feel comfortable with working on VS Code Extension API.
