Grant Mission:         The updated library of clarity-bitcoin is a building block for all future services that want to trigger stacks transactions through bitcoin transactions on the Stacks 2.1 chain.

The updated version removes limitations of the current network and optimizes the code.

Grant Impact:               Number of contracts deployed on mainnet making calls into the library:
