Thank you for the proposal, however we we have decided to deny your application. For the next several quarters we are laser focused on conserving funding for efforts that have clear alignment with the current priorities of the grants program noted here - specifically sBTC.
I would suggest reaching out to Adam Haun, the Community Lead at the Stacks Foundation ( adam at stacks dot org) - he may be able to provide you with some additional suggestions on how Stacks can support your efforts at this time.

Grant Mission: Being our partner will guarantee the best PR coverage for Stacks. 70% of our community is web3 devs and founders - target audience for Stacks to promote itself. Nordic region of web3 is yet to be conquered!
We will make sure that our partners won’t go home empty handed: we will support you to recruit, sell and market throughout N3thack.
To add up, I would like to say that event of this kind (like N3THACK) is the first one here (in Nordics and Baltics). Community is big (Stani - co-founder of Lens and Aave - started his projects here, second Bitcoin develop who worked with Satoshi - Martti Malmi is Finnish and still works here in Finland, the first EUROe coin is from Finland, built by Membrane Finance, Moralis is from Stockholm, etc.), but yet to be conquered, hence, we see a huge potential for The Graph really.
Grant Impact: 1. Over 100 new users - right after the hackathon
Grant Risks: The only risk we see is unfavourable market condition during the time of the hackathon (26th-28th of May). However, we feel that despite the bear market (that seems to be brightening up at the time of the writing), builders are still in the space and it will not scare them off of N3THACK.
