Thank you for the proposal, however we we have decided to deny your application. For the next several quarters we are laser focused on conserving funding for efforts that have clear alignment with the current priorities of the grants program noted here - specifically sBTC. Additionally, with the addition of the Web3 Startup Lab to our ecosystem - we are leaning on them to support the kickstart of startup ideas like this and reserving grant funding for the development of protocol-wide public goods. Perhaps ask Albert if he has any thoughts on how to advance this project.

GRANT MISSION, IMPACT, RISKS & REFERENCE
Grant Mission: Most bank account owners get frustrated and stranded when they cannot have access to their money, either from their banks or bank ATMs due to unavailability of funds.This is the challenge PassMeCash is going to address by allowing users to receive cash in NGN via their STX and BTC, either by deposit or transfer payment.
PassMeCash provides users with steady access to cash at hand by connecting them to the nearest PassMeCash agent in exchange for cash or crypto (STX or BTC). Just like the uber cab ride where the driver goes to meet the passenger after the ride is booked, PassMeCash operates the same way in its core by delivering cash physically via any of closest PassMeCash agents to the customers when a cash order or request is made through cash or crypto (STX, BTC) deposits. Other key services of PassMeCash include: Request for Money via cash or crypto (STX, BTC) deposit. Transfer & Receive Money from loved ones, as well as Exchange of high currency bills to lower bills for easy use in spraying celebrants at parties and other events.
PassMecash will in future produce Virtual Crypto (STX, BTC) cards for users, towards making payments easy and seamless for all financial transactions.
PassMeCash is a web 3.0 project with very massive benefits to the entire Stacks community and ecosystem, this is because users will by default become holders of STX and BTC, thus creating more STX wallets which will lead to more adoption and usage of STXs thereby improving the value of STX.
Grant Impact: The number of STX and BTC wallets created by users and the volume of financial transactions carried out by users using STXs and BTC for these transactions. Also the rate and speed of cash (NGN) delivery to users when an order is made via their STX or BTC, and finally Stacks community feedback.
Grant Risks: This project is relatively new and require an in depth and thorough knowledge of building an exchange and/or staking platform, most especially using STX and BTC as main crypto currency which may delay the project, but we have experienced team couple with Stack Developers community to resolve this.
