Ecosystem Programs:      This is the only grant we are applying from Stacks

GRANT MISSION, IMPACT, RISKS & REFERENCE

Grant Mission:         Our mission is to empower the Indian developer community to harness the full potential of Stacks. This huddle will showcase Stacks as a viable platform for developers to build their dApps while leveraging the network effects of Bitcoin.

By participating in this event, devs will have the opportunity to learn from leading Stacks experts and collaborate on existing Stacks projects. We already have “BlockSurvey”, along with GoSats as partners, they will be playing a key role along with Blockchained India to grow the developer base from India.

We believe that this huddle will create a larger pool of talented developers who will contribute to the growth and development of Stacks and its community.

Overall, our mission is to empower the Indian dev community to harness the full potential of Stacks, creating a thriving community of devs passionate about building dApps on Stacks.

The community will benefit in several ways: -It will foster a strong community of devs and users in India, showcasing the potential of Stacks technology and driving innovation. -Attendees will have the opportunity to network and connect with the community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. -The event will provide dedicated hiring support for developers interested in building or joining existing projects. -Blockchained India Community, with 60k+ members, will continue to serve as a go-to place for upcoming Stacks developers in India.

Grant Impact:               Key metrics to verify our project's impact include: number of applications, number of attendees, engagement level, feedback of the huddle, and testimonials. We'll track developers hired and those building on Stacks after the event, plus new users joining the ecosystem as a medium term key metric.

Grant Risks:                          Low attendance is a potential risk, but we will mitigate it with our 60k+ existing community & active promotion. We offer incentives and closely monitor attendance & feedback to make adjustments. Our partnerships with BlockSurvey & GoSats will also increase our reach and impact.

Support Link:                                     The link has a deck with our work, partners, with testimonials. Then access to all community channels. Our programs have been covered by International/National Media which are available next. Then you can access the photos of our events and finally you can view our online programs at our Youtube.

Thanks very much for the thoughtful application, but we are going to deny your request for funding.

Please note we are laser focused on funding work that relates to our current priorities (here) and will primarily be funding bounties this year in lieu of grants. That said, we will be posting several sBTC-related Critical Bounties in the coming weeks here. Please keep your eyes peeled and submit an application to complete a bounty if any of them jump out at you.

If you you have not talked with Adam regarding Chapter Grants you might consider emailing him (adam at stacks dot org) he is the Community Growth Lead and might have some thoughts on getting you support.
