GRANT MISSION, IMPACT, RISKS & REFERENCE

Grant Mission:         Celebratix is a Blockchain Ticketing Solution that enables Event Organizers to unlock more event revenue & data by leveraging blockchain technology before, during & after events. For this reason, at first sight, one would suggest we're a B2B Saas Company.

However, our aim is to facilitate mass adoption of Web3. Consider us the Trojan Horse of NFT's, where we will be offering increased UX/UI experiences for Web2 Event Attendees going to events through which they now don't get a PDF ticket in their mail but an NFT ticket in their (custodial) Celebratix Wallet. This is frictionless as we create this in the back-end for them so they have a truly seamless experience, whilst enjoying the benefits of for example the interoperability of Life Time Tickets (ability to sell these tickets not only on the Celebratix platform, but also on Opensea/Instagram/wherever).

For this reason we will be able to offer the Stacks community a ticketing experience that is beyond anything that is currently out there. I've scheduled a conversation with Shannon (Head of Events at Stack) for next week to further discuss these possibilities for the events they currently do.

Would love to further explain how we see the true potential of Blockchain unlocked in Web2-like UX/UI so the onboarding is frictionless for the end user.

Grant Impact:               Key metrics for Celebratix' high impact:

--> Total amount of Custodial Wallets created (on-boarded Web2 end users into Web3) --> Total amount of tickets bought & sold pre-event & post-event --> Total amount of daily users in the Celebratix Wallet

Grant Risks:                          Risks include push-back from Web2 companies afraid to be disrupted, as well as users not fully comprehending what benefits we offer. For both cases, education is a central notion for us as we need to help and educate the mass on what we do & why we do it.

Support Link:                                     This is the link to the Celebratix Pitch Deck. There's a Clickable Demo included as to how we believe the flow should look like. For any further inquiries please don't hesitate to reach out at frank@celebratix.io or through What's App (+31650234637). Thanks in advance & talk soon.

Hi @Awesomefrankie

Thanks very much for the thoughtful application, but we are going to deny your request for funding.

Please note we are laser focused on funding work that relates to our current priorities (here) and will primarily be funding bounties this year in lieu of grants. That said, we will be posting several sBTC-related Critical Bounties in the coming weeks here. Please keep your eyes peeled and submit an application to complete a bounty if any of them jump out at you.

Best, Will
