GRANT MISSION, IMPACT, RISKS & REFERENCE

Grant Mission:         sBTC Verificate Design, is a proof of identity platform that will allow the Stacks team and community lead to identify the true identity of someone with a token fraction in sBTC or STX. Also, individuals and corporate organizations can utilize this platform for identity verification purposes with a token fraction in sBTC or STX as well. sBTC Verificate will be able to generate an NFT ticket as a proof of successful verification.

This is novel and will add more benefit to the Stacks community, as it will lead to more adoption, usability and operability of the sBTC and Stacks protocol.

Grant Impact:               The successful development of the prototype design will be use to verify the grant impact.

Grant Risks:                          There is no much risk involved as the team are competent to handle the project.

Hi @funmiejiro

Thanks very much for the thoughtful application. While it is sBTC-related we are going to pass on this for now. These sorts of experiments will likely start to receive consideration in Q3 of this year once protocol-level blockers are addressed. Please note that we will be posting several sBTC-related Critical Bounties in the coming weeks here. Please keep your eyes peeled and submit an application to complete a bounty if any of them jump out at you.
