The MVP you've build looks really great, but unfortunately, we have too many needs that are currently requiring funding in and around the development of the sBTC protocol. GRANT MISSION, IMPACT, RISKS & REFERENCE
Grant Mission: We are creating an educational program for web3 founders and those looking to migrate from web2. To ensure maximum benefit for participants, we are conducting the offline portion of the program in one location - a hotel where 50 founders/startups and 25 expert speakers, practitioners in niche fields, will gather. The program will run for one month plus 10 days and include lectures, webinars, workshops, practical sessions, and networking. A demo day will also be held at the end of the program. The entire event will be recorded on video and converted into audio-visual content for the online program, which will be accessible through a limited number of NFT tickets or direct payment.
The heart of the camp is the educational program that we record, translate into 15+ languages, and convert into the online program for a more comprehensive international flow.
In the program, we will integrate educational materials that will help founders and developers quickly launch quality and necessary products in the Stacks ecosystem. All educational materials will be developed by our educational experts and methodologists who will be in close contact with the Stacks team.
Grant Impact: Grant effectiveness can be tracked through an educational program. In addition to startups and experts, representatives of crypto media, journalists, and influencers will also be present at the offline event, generating content and covering the event.
Furthermore, the entire offline educational program will be recorded on video and transformed into a knowledge base - an online program that will also be available for study.
Grant Risks: Inability of one or more participants to attend the offline event (reserve participants should be available to replace them); sickness or refusal of team members to participate - operators, methodologists, photographers, etc. (reserve team members should be available); malfunction in the hotel - the place of the offline program and the place of video recording of the online program (a backup location should be available); power outage on the day of recording of online material (a generator should be arranged in advance to resume recording); hotel safety violations (instruction and personnel to monitor should be provided); cancellation/delay/postponement of flights with participants (flexible program start dates should be available)
