Grant Mission:         Now the stacks crowdin project does not have a Chinese version. Not too many non-English speaking Chinese have heard of stacks due to language barriers. I have translated the sBTC whitepaper and publish on the medium.

I wanna apply for a grant to translate the whole stacks crowdin project into Chinese.The non-English speaking Chinese will find it more convenient to understand stacks.

Can you please resubmit your application through the recently opened Critical Bounty request for proposals?
