Addition to the agenda for tomorrow: Come up with a rough outline for a blog post that showcases the work that the Governance group has been doing

My update for the call:

• We're at 39 survey responses (+31 since release)
• All one on one interview notes have been published (https://github.com/stacksgov/resources/tree/master/interviews)
• No major update on governance proposal
• I wrote a "standard operating procedures" doc for stacksgov project management and could use everyone's feedback and suggestions! (https://github.com/stacksgov/pm/pull/23)
• I'm working on a SIPS proposal - based on Ethereum EIPs, Zcash ZIPs, Bitcoin BIPs and others. Not ready to share yet but will do so soon.
