The methodology for the survey should be documented.

Thanks for the suggestion. It's a good idea, and I'll keep it in mind, but to be honest the survey isn't really intended to be scientific. For instance I don't know how large our sample size will be, we don't have a good way to identify "eligible" participants from a "population of interest" or evaluate their representativeness, we don't have a way to do random sampling, etc. Perhaps "focus group" might be a better word than "survey." For all that, though, I do think the results will be enlightening!

Do you have any specific aspects of methodology that you're curious about, or any ideas how we could improve it?
