Proposed agenda (feel free to amend!):

whoabuddy commented 4 years ago

Per #36 I propose modifying the issue template and meeting agenda to include some basic categories, and rearranging the content a bit to respect everyone's time. This way we can roll through our standard updates, talk about the action items that carry over from week to week until they are complete, then open the floor for discussion. I am open to feedback on this, of course!

I also like the idea of adding a simple "action" to each action item, which gives some direction on what needs to be completed, as well as a link to related resources and/or issues. I did my best to create an example of this below, and if I couldn't figure out an action related to an item, it goes into open discussion instead.

Additions to Open Discussion:

As mentioned on Discord, I won't make today's call. My standup update for today: The survey is still at 57 total responses. No progress to report over the past week, but I intend to begin reviewing the survey results this week so I'll have more to share on that by next week.

This will consist of two phases: first, read over the results report (as provided by Typeform) and share some "first order" insights such as basic demographics: geography, language, token holdings, etc. of respondents, how long it took them to respond, completion rate, drop-off rate for each individual question, etc.

Next, review the initial goals for the survey and spend some more time thinking about how these results map to the questions asked there.

This will all go into a report. Please let me know if you're interested in helping!

I'll be recording the call via Zoom. Invitation in the working group channel.

Let's try the new format. The action items sounds like a great way to align on next steps.

Closing in favor of #46 - still need to update the video recording link at the top here when it's up, I'll open a separate issue for that
