Adding Brittany to the youtube brand account today took much longer than it should have. Youtube is an extreme case - it has accounts, brand accounts, and channels, and they all overlap in weird ways, and the UX is convoluted - but it would be useful to document the process for adding someone to a given shared account, as well as maybe the different access types for each account. Other accounts we use today include GitHub (this org, and its repos), and Zoom, for hosting calls (hopefully we'll have a shared zoom account soon in #33). This probably belongs in, or linked from, https://github.com/stacksgov/pm/blob/master/sop.md.
