The goal of the notes below are to start capturing items as discussed during the meeting, as well as assigning action items and helping with agenda management. This could be facilitated by a "note-taker" role on calls, and more will be discussed in coming weeks.


Create an issue for action items recorder role, or additional roles on the call such as note-taker (Jason/Lane)

Call notes: Jason to review process alongside Phillip against SOP

Question: best structure for the notes? how to stop from falling behind?

Request: add comments to Long-term projects for the governance working group (#56)

FYI - I did not close this issue yet as I would like to translate the action items / assignments, as well as some of the changes from the notes into the next agenda. Not sure on the best way to do that as of yet, but #62 covers some of the possible bigger picture changes moving forward.
