Hi awesome devs who are proposing SIPs, I'm the SIP Resident refining and building the SIP community.

• we are currently working on refining the 1st step of the SIP process (proposing & assessing SIPs). All info will help you guys & the greater community have an overview of all SIPs on the table.
• SIP Editors and I have been trialing a sheet, to document the RICE assessment of any given SIP.
