I don't know what you mean with LPC serial connector - if you mean the pogo pins: They are of the type P50-B1-16mm

sorry, I meant that I don't know where to buy the cable to plug into the LPC to sniff the data passing on it.

I don't know which cable you mean. Do you mean the PCB? If so, the hardware design files are in this repository

sorry, yes, the PCB connector assembled like in the video, I was ondering if it's for sale anywhere?

Not for sale, hardware data is in this repository and you can manufacture your own (requires good soldering skills)

Remeber that it's limited to this specific Lenovo laptop. You can use a Pico itself for sniffing on others though.
