Provide v0.x compatible constructor #15

We can check if we're outside strict-mode and try to get the arity of the arguments to provide a backward-compatible constructor. This is spiked in https://github.com/stacktracejs/stackframe/commit/2654cdb067c25957019ce09fd8d7ba946589bfa5
