Add Dark Theme #105

Name of Proposer MAYANK Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when there is light theme and we have to do long campaigns with it. Many time multiple quests are going on at the same time and our screen time on StackUp web page is increased. That is why we need dark theme feature.

Describe the solution you'd like The solution of this issue is to add dark theme to the website. And users have option to switch theme as per their convenience.

Describe alternatives you've considered Light theme become problematic when screen time is more. So as a alternative of this avoid multiple quests on same day.

Additional context Documentation of quiz should be small to reduce screen time.
