Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I think javascript is probably the most popular language after python and deserves to have its tutorials in the learn section alongside react

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add an introduction to javascript, plus all the required fundamentals
2. Add an introduction to react and its fundamentals to the learn section.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. if adding the two at once might be too much to ask, then I'd suggest javascript be added first, and later on, react could be added as well
2. other frameworks like nextJs can also be considered

Additional context These tutorial contents can serve as references materials whenever there's a quest in relation to these languages considering they are quite important and useful to building the web

• if possible, also add an introduction to popular javascript frameworks. i.e. react, vue, angular and so on.

Additional context with the javascript tutorial it will be easier to participate in campaigns related to javascript.
