2 years ago After completing the fellowship some project should be assign by making Number of Groups. And if there is some project idea among Stackie which can solve a mass problem, should be taken as Startup idea which can be further mentored by Stackup to gain Funding.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, this feature is related to the less engagement in the 30Days of Web3 campaign, despite awesome quality of the lessons. I really found the lack of motivation to complete the 30 Days of Web3, despite the good quality of resource shared due to lack of rewards, not much engagement etc.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like to propose an idea of Cohort based fellowship, in certain fields like OpenSource, Web3, etc. This fellowship should be open to stackies who reach a certain level on StackUp platform, and then will be selected to fellowship on rolling basis. After the selection to the fellowship, they can choose their tracks offered by Stackup and can put their time in fellowship to raise their experience level. Also the Fellowship should be reward based, as it will encourage more Stackies for the fellowship.
Describe alternatives you've considered The alternatives, should be to open a 30Days challenge in different fields, and put the rewards for the stackies who complete a certain milestone in the 30 Days challenge. This solves the problem of logistics in conducting a fellowship, but will make hard to manage the 30 Days Campaign.
