Suggestions for improvement
I would suggest some Quest in order to help StackUp Team in case to prepare this Campaign.
Quest 1: Introduction to Dart
Dart is a programming language similar to Java and this is the language used in Flutter App development.
In this Quest users will do some basic programs with Dart to learn data types, loops, conditionals and some basics.
Quest 2: Developing an APP with Flutter
Flutter is an open source SDK created by Google and help developers to create websites and APPs.
In this Quest users will learn how to install flutter on Windows, Linux or Mac OS.
Quest 3: Deploy and launch APP
In this Quest users would have to build the native APP for Android and iOS.

Quest Summary
Quest Learning Objectives
Quest learning objectives are mainly flutter and dart programming language and users are beneficial because they can clear OOPs concepts also because of this campaign.
Quest Deliverables
In some quests, Quest Deliverables are quiz submission and in some quests, Quest Deliverables are screenshot submission after successfully run of the application and that can be best for this campaign and this can be so innovative campaign for users and StackUp platform.
I mentioned here only Quest details that how they will work because Team can arrange quests in campaign better than me. So That's why I didn't mention it.
