I would like to be able to access StackUp through an app whether when I'm online or offline.

StackUp should be available as a native app for Android, iOS and maybe Desktop/PC.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The app can also be made using cross-platform development tools like Flutter or React for faster and cheaper deployment with easy maintenance.
Additional context
The app will send notifications about news, campaigns and quest deadlines.
The app will support downloading and offline access of courses in the learn section.
The app will be more efficient on its respective platforms if built natively.
Cross-platform development of the app will allow easier maintenance of the codebase.
