Removal of Referral code for New accounts #403

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was frustrated when i tried to create my stackup account because i had to have a referral code.

Describe the solution you'd like i feel there is no need for the referral code cause it doesn't give room for new participant without a code. Describe alternatives you've considered There is no alternative because you need to have a code to create a new account.

I am also in support of the removal of the referral code for creation of new accounts. To enable the community to grow I feel the option of providing a referral code should be removed and replaced with something else to validate the user. I think this will help grow the stack up community and make it accessible to everyone without knowing a stackup member
