Users should be able to set theme html and presenter code via textarea input #210

There should be an interface when creating or modifying hook theme code to allow for custom HTML and JS presenter code through a textarea input.

This should also be exposed to the hook.io-sdk API.

This is completed and deployed.

It's not very intuitive, but it should be working.

Next steps will be improving the UX around this #206
