Possible to create duplicate cron entries for same service #295

There seems to be a bug in the post update event when saving hooks that allows for multiple cron jobs to be added to the cache for the same hook service.

This is unexpected behavior and is causing some users issues with disabling cron jobs for services.

Should have a resolution out soon.
