serverfault.com doesn't seem to be supported #37

Plugin works great on stackoverflow.com, but the icon does not appear on serverfault.com

@mbulman Yes you are right. It is because there are a bunch of sites which do not come under .stackoverflow.com and .stackexchange.com. I keep on adding such sites based on the request. Last week itself, I got a request to add askubuntu.com and couple of sites as well. I added them though I have not yet released those changes. I will add this one as well. Thank you for this.

@mbulman It has already been fixed by pull request from @kuc as you can see it here here in this commit. I am yet to release the extension with this change. I will do this sometime soon. Closing this issue now.
