In the case of relative asset hrefs (e.g. https://github.com/stactools-packages/esa-worldcover/blob/2f3bfb48a9b32b3d48f7c97c245b9dc754e9c930/examples/ESA_WorldCover_10m_2020_v100_N66E177/ESA_WorldCover_10m_2020_v100_N66E177.json), the tiling does not work. This could be handled via a command-line parameter to configure the data directory for the data container.
