Add eo:bands and roles to 43A4

Description: These are reflectance products so should have eo:bands

There is disconnect in the sense that there are 14 raster:bands but only 7 eo:bands. What goes with what?

HM this is a great point that I didn't think about. I think I have to add "name-only" eo bands to the QA bands in the HDF file :-(.

I also dislike that raster:bands and eo:bands both exist.
