Publish library to SonaType or Bintray etc so other people can use it #120

This is a duplicate of #71, no ?

Version 1.0.0 should be useable already, it's on maven central: http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Cpimpathon https://oss.sonatype.org/#nexus-search;quick~pimpathon

I do need to write up a readme to clarify what the library is for & how to obtain it, so if you have no objection I'll change this issue to reflect that.
