Our idea of vendoring Ramani via a sub module seems to have broken things with the gradle publish step.

We could go all the way and actually vendor the code. Or we could figure out how to make gradle deal with it.

Suggestions welcome and we can discuss in the next meeting.

This is theoretically done. Just need to double check that it works in a fresh project that's unrelated to the main codebase.
