Claims - Technical Guidelines endpoints #176

Table 4.9 in the ÍST WA 316_2022 IOBWS 3.0 Technical Guidelines.pdf document lists Claim endpoints that are not consistent with the endpoints in the YAML specification.

The following endpoints are listed in the table but are not in the YAML specification: /v1/claims/{claimId}/collection /v1/claimscollection/{claimId}:

Meeting TN-FMÞ-VH7-16 decided this would call for the WA 316 document to be updated, as this constitues an error in the text.
