Renamed amount properties using *Amount and *AmountDue postfixes #184

Renamed amount properties in claimDetails, mergeClaimDetails and createClaimDetails such that they either have the postfix *Amount[Due/Offered], i.e. defaultChargeAmountDue. I did not change anything in claimTransaction since there is a separate issue related to that.
