Sometimes we need more pictures of a reported damage, f.ex. to report the damage to the police oder our insurance.

As a valuer and process-admin, I would like to be able to add additional photos to the proposal via the backend.

[x] Up to 3 pictures can be added to a proposal in the backend.
[x] Additional photos are shown in backend proposal
