As the first area of intereaction from the user with the application is the search bar, the goal of this issue is to optimize the necessary parts.
[x] Implement Filter & Sort Function like in the Web: Currently, there are duplicate results and a different order of results in the application.
[x] Add Icons to the search results like in the Web
[x] Results are not processed properly in the search field when selected:
[x] Optimize the Search Engine so that while typing, the results get shown.
