Various missing state updates in the web interface

Since the web interface was thrown together in 24 hours a lot of state handling has been omitting. I am currently aware of the following issues:

[ ] Moving a demon does not update the dropdowns for demon selection in the record manager
[ ] Adding a demon does not add it to the dropdowns for demon selection in the record manager
[ ] (Un)Banning a submitter/player does not refresh the record list in the record manager
[ ] Renaming players does update the other managers (though idk in-how-far this is even possible rn)
