Watch pauses are not taken into consideration when exporting to funbeat #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an activity in ST that has a watch pause
2. Export it to funbeat
3.

The complete time, including the pause, is used to create the mean pace etc for 
funbeat. The pause time should be excluded.
