Export problem with gps data #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
If I try to export an activity with gps data ( route on a map ) I get the 
error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' See attached.

I've tried both an old activity that is imported from a FR405 and a 
manually created route.
No problem to export an activity that is manually created w/o map.

Also:
Thanx for the possibility to export an activity again that is deleted from 
Funbeat.

Maybe not a problem, but the activity mappings ( category mappings in 
plugin settings ) will disappear when upgrade from v0.1.

Could you please attach the .logbook file that contains an activity that causes 
thus
problem. It will make it i whole lot easier for me to find the bug...

That the activty mapping disappear is by design. Since the way the mappings 
where
stored in 0.1 and 0.2 did not work properly the whole thing has been rebuilt and
therefore the previously made mappings have to be re-done.

Here are my logbook. I've tested my last three trainings ( 16, 20 and 21 of 
June ) 
and they all give the same error message.

Hopefully i found the bug. Atleast it works for me now with the given file. 

Peter, could you please verify with the attached bundle before I make a "proper"
release of it?

The export is working, but the distance is not exported for 20/6 and 21/6. For 
16/6 
it is!

For 16/6 the distance differs slightly from the one in ST. I though of the the 
other 
issue I reported.

I duplicated the activity and moved a trackpoint on the map, so that it became 
a 
couple of km longer. After that I exported again. The new distance is not 
exported.

With 0.4.3462 I had problem to export three activities in the end of August.
I got the error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' when 
exporting.

Now I tested with 0.4.3525 and I still get the error for these three activities.
