Change many dockerfiles and docker-compose.yml across the project to depend on stafli/stafli.init.supervisor based on stafli/stafli.system.minimal instead of stafli/stafli.system.base, which previously contained supervisor and has since moved. This results in smaller images.
Refactor package dependencies and configuration where applicable and ponder the creation of additional supervisor images based on stafli/stafli.system.base image.
