Auto refresh after invites sent #113

When a user invites someone to Stagecoach platform via green button in top bar, the bar goes into a state of "Invite Sent" after the invitation is sent. This is confusing to user and should revert to "Invite +" state and the invite is sent.

There should be a separate modal window to indicate the invite was sent after a user actually presses the "send" button in the modal window for inviting people
