Sorting Contacts #115

(1) The Unsorted contacts default screen should list users vertically, not horizontally.

(2) When a user clicks on user roles, users should be listed. Currently blank

  2. This is because there are no user roles in the database -- its a seeding issue which @kalail should have fixed. Kash reopen if wrong.

The user roles are present in the database, we just never assign them to ourselves. Should look into that.
