Add ability to toggle sidebar #187

This adds a menu option to toggle the device list sidebar. On mac this requires the window controls to be hidden until hovered over so they don't overlap with the device name.

@sparks-alec if this looks good for the toggling sidebar feature I'll merge it on through.
