• The form will encrypt using the public PGP key available for the contact address
• There will be a way to upload an ASC file for replies, or alternatively users can post their public key into a textarea
• The message should be compiled to PGP/MIME and include the public key of the sender as an attachment to allow the email client to pick up on its existence
