Add an init process #4

In alpine images we added runsvinit but on CentOS there must be something better already existing which could be used e.g. systemd or something other

But I wonder why didn't RH guys didn't suggest as a best practice; more can be read here: http://phusion.github.io/baseimage-docker/

We shouldn't use runsvinit as this is almost dead project: https://github.com/peterbourgon/runsvinit
